Last night I took another Ninja Fitness class and my husband commented on how I am glowing when I come home from these classes. And he’s right! It has been YEARS since I have challenged myself out of my comfort zone, and this challenge and workouts have lived in my subconscious as something really cool to do, but impossible for me. But now, I am doing it. I am scared and skeptical, but I am busting through so many fears, DAILY. It’s not always pretty, but it doesn’t have to be to knock a fear or challenge down. We are evolving from the inside out, and letting our glow shine on. I hope you beautiful ladies are feeling the same!
