Last night I took another Ninja Fitness class and my husband commented on how I am glowing when I come home from these classes. And he’s right! * Yes, it’s free, but not without conditions! We ONLY want members who are committed to REAL lifestyle change. Here’s how it works… You must agree to attend at least 3 classes per week. You must agree to eat the food we recommend in your meal plan (substitutions can be made for allergies, etc) You must provide a fully refundable deposit as a commitment to yourself, and to us that you WILL take the challenge seriously. Think of this as a motivating deposit that you’re using to ‘bet on yourself’. The deposit is $399 and at the end of 6 weeks if you are able to lose 20lbs or 5% body fat (you will, trust me!) then we give you all that money back as gym credit toward our 1-year membership.
