Last workout of the week #5 completed in week 6! Wow what a journey to go through with some amazing women! Highest calorie burn thanks for the fan-freaking-tastic workout again tonight! Killer! Thanks Jessica for the support! I stepped on the scale after burning the most calories of all of the last 25+ workouts that Iʼve done and have dropped >12lbs on the scale at the gym! Last night I took another Ninja Fitness class and my husband commented on how I am glowing when I come home from these classes. And he’s right! It has been YEARS since I have challenged myself out of my comfort zone, and this challenge and workouts have lived in my subconscious as something really cool to do, but impossible for me. But now, I am doing it. I am scared and skeptical, but I am busting through so many fears, DAILY. It’s not always pretty, but it doesn’t have to be to knock a fear or challenge down.
