COVID Precautions
We take health and safety very seriously for the sake of your families and ours and will be strict about the rules put in place by the state of Maine as well as our own operational procedures.

- Thorough disinfecting of all obstacles used takes place after EVERY class.
- Face coverings are required for all members and staff.
- Ventilation is increased to allow for maximum airflow.
- Please bring your own water bottle. The water fountain is no longer intended for drinking from directly but can be used for refills.
- Please talk to your children about the importance of good hygiene at the gym.

- Please stay home and come another day, if the answer to any of the questions below is “yes”:
- Have you recently had a cough or sore throat?
- Have you recently had a fever or do you feel feverish?
- Do you have shortness of breath?
- Do you have loss of taste or smell?
- Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past 14 days?
- Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?
- Have you been out of the state in the last 14 days?
- Thorough disinfecting of all tables, bathrooms and touch points will take place daily.
Below is a list of things you need to be aware of upon registration of our camps:
- Ventilation is increased to allow for maximum airflow.
- Activities will be performed outdoors in our turf classroom as much as possible. (This classroom is directly accessible from and the back of the building as well as through the door from our strength studio)
- Face coverings are required for all campers. We can provide face coverings for anyone without a mask, but we do not have child size masks.
- Students must bring their own water bottle. The water fountain is no longer intended for drinking from directly but can be used for refills.
- Please pack all lunch and snack items for your child. No food will be provided by the gym.
- Please talk to your children about the importance of good hygiene at camp.

- Safety screenings will take place upon arrival every day. We will take temperature of each child with a touch-less thermometer and it is expected that you answer the following questions truthfully about your child / family.
- Have you recently had a cough or sore throat?
- Have you recently had a fever or do you feel feverish?
- Do you have shortness of breath?
- Do you have loss of taste or smell?
- Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past 14 days?
- Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?
- Have you been out of the state in the last 14 days?
- Any child exhibiting covid-like symptoms will be asked to sit at a specific table and will be given an N-95 mask for the duration of their stay. Parents will be notified immediately and expected to arrange pickup as soon as possible. Local health officials will be notified confidentially per the ADA regulations.
