Just had a really positive experience with the staff at Maine warrior gym. My son struggles with anxiety and staff member Dave went out of his way to show kindness, compassion and motivation in a difficult moment.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff are accompanied by an awesome facility loaded with climbing features, ninja warrior obstacles, outdoor and indoor training areas, climbing walls, a variety of classes and much more. Lots of parking. Highly recommended!

Finished the 6 week program and it was great! The nutrition plan was easy to follow and incredibly helpful. The staff at the gym are all amazing and it's a truly welcoming and supportive atmosphere. My favorite classes, and the ones I did the most, were the ninja classes, which teach skill and provide a great work out at the same time. My favorite moments were in classes with wide ranges of ability levels and still feeling like everyone is working towards the same goal and supporting each other.

I just finished the 6 week challenge and I can’t say enough good about this gym and the challenge. The coaches are amazing and the community that you end up being a part of is so supportive. The meal plan they have you follow is a new way of life that doesn’t take long to get used to and I don’t plan on giving it up anytime soon.

I also have to say I was finishing the last few weeks of the challenge as covid-19 started and everything was closed. This gym and all of its coaches have done everything they could to move the classes into a workout at home format using body weight workouts. I was skeptical of these at the start, but they prove to be as challenging as working out in the gym. I would recommend this gym and its coaches to anyone looking to turn a new leaf, lose some weight, or just get in better shape.

Not only did I lose 20.5 lbs in 6 weeks, but I feel like a new person and have a whole new look on my health and gained self confidence.

I came to the 6 week program with little experience in exercise, and only a history of short-term diets that inevitably revert to the sad old convenient American diet. This program has helped me make a sustainable change in my habits and has shifted my priorities a bunch. The staff manage to be so support while pushing you to improve, which creates this amazing community of people cheering you on your journey. Definitely recommend trying it out.

If you are considering a 6 week challenge, definitely go for it! The instructors are energetic, informative and fun and the classes they design are great. The group is very supportive and the challenge brings about real change. Go for it!

Everyone at Maine Warrior Gym is an amazing place to be. The family-like atmosphere and positivity really go a long way to making you feel comfortable in your quest to better yourself. I did the 6 week Challenge and they helped me lose 21 lbs in those 6 weeks. I also lost 4.3% Body Fat, and more than 4 inches off my waist.

Thats not even the best part though, Ninja classes let you get back to being a kid for an hour playing on an adult sized playground with other, like-minded, adults. It is so easy to leave everything at the door and just focus on having fun
